by Harriet S. Mosatche, Ph.D., and Karen Unger, M.A.

Suggested reading (pg. 68-71)

Everyone experiences sadness at one time or another. It’s how you deal with it that counts. This book brings to light some of the best ways to cope with loss or pain.  Whether it’s tears, talking to a friend, being creative (art, poetry, journals, music) or exercising, everyone grieves differently. Loss hurts, but you are not alone. The message in this part of the book is clear; growing up means talking about your feelings honestly and expressing them in healthy ways. People of all ages can benefit from this advice.
