If you're looking for a way to have a positive effect on something in our world, this may be an interesting project to explore. Clean water is one of the primary needs yet unmet in many communities around the world. By participating in the PlayPump fundraising efforts, you will be helping to bring a clean water system to needy African communities. How does the PlayPump system work?Children playing on the merry-go-round actually power the community water pump, enabling the system to generate as much as 1400 liters of water per hour.Learn more... We think this is an innovative approach to a substantial need. Over 1.7 million children under the age of five will die from diarrhea this year.
