If you have a penchant for spicy Cajun Crawfish, and you happen to be in California at the beginning of August, head over to the Rainbow Lagoon in Long Beach for the Annual Long Beach Crawfish Festival. Delicious Louisiana-style crawfish are prepared to perfection by chefs from Bristol Farms in the world’s largest crawfish steamer.

Succulent red baby potatoes, buttery corn on the cob and a special dipping sauce accompany the crawfish meal, while Café du Monde-style chicory coffee and beignets round out the feast. Once you've had your fill of delicious New Orleans style food, you can enjoy music, dancers, magicians, storytellers, and other special attractions that have come all the way from New Orleans just to entertain you.
