Back to School Immunization Checklist

Immunizations are critical to a healthy childhood. Although all of us probably wish we could do without them, none of us would like for our children to contract the diseases they prevent. Since the schools require your kids to be up-to-date before attending class, it is time to make sure that everyone is up-to-date. Timing is especially critical for the Hepatitis shots which take time and a series of injections to complete (ugh!).

You can use the Childhood Immunization Scheduler to create a custom chart for each of your children based on their age. This tool only works for children under the age of five.
