Genetics Online Concepts
This is the coolest find ever! This link will take you to the “Concept” page of this online lesson in Genetics. Your students will love the short one-page lessons. We recommend that instructors preview the following chapters before choosing the sections relevant to the grade level of their students. You will find Classical Genetics in Chapters 1-14, Molecules of Genetics in Chapters 15-28, and Genetic Organization and Control in Chapters 29-41. At the bottom of the page, there are buttons which lead to more fun stuff. Something to remember: When you change chapters on the right side of the screen, each of the buttons at the bottom will change information to suit that particular chapter. Use the “Problem” button to challenge your students with questions about the materials they have read. Teachers can create lessons with this resource as they see fit.
