Cyber Camps

Giant Campus is all about University hosted summer camps, where kids learn by doing, playing, having fun, and supercharging their imaginations.  This is achieved through the use of hands-on training and exposure to cutting-edge technologies.  Some available courses for kids ages 10 and up are programming, game design, robotics, web design, 3D animation, and digital art.  A special course called Cyber Explorers is also available for children 7-9 years of age.

Space Camps

Since it began operation in 1982, the U.S. Space Camp has graduated over 300,000 campers.  For kids 9 years and older there is a five-day program with simulated shuttle missions, IMAX movies, training simulators, rocket building and launches, and scientific experiments.  There is a Space Academy for ages 12-14, Advanced Space Academy for ages 15-18, and Parent/Child Space Camp with weekend activities.  There are also programs for adults, teachers, and a corporate Space Academy that uses shuttle missions to teach team building.

Idyllwild Arts Family Camp

This summer camp is not just for kids!  For seven days and six nights this camp invites you and your entire family to the western slopes of the San Jacinto Mountains in Southern California. During this week you can hike, paint, do photography or ceramics, write, or just relax. While you're in your classes, your kids will be participating in creative classes structured for their age group. The 250-acre campus includes theaters, studios, newly refurbished dorms that have private bathrooms with showers and daily maid service.  Fees include all lodging, meals, and activities.

Grown-up Camps

Why should the kids have all the fun?  This is the place to go to find out about Adult camps.  There is information on over 19 sports camps from soccer to skating, eight wilderness and adventure camps including rock climbing and mountaineering, art, dance, music, fitness, weight loss, spas, academics, special interests, overnight, family, and special needs camps.
