Wrapped Caramels (Kraft
Margarine or Butter
Finely Chopped Walnuts
Milk Chocolate Chips
Chocolate Cake Mix
Melt caramels and 1/4 cup
of the evaporated milk in a saucepan over low heat, or in the microwave on high
for 1 to 2 minutes at a time, stirring at each interval.
Mix dry cake mix,
remaining evaporated milk, melted margarine, and nuts together in a bowl. Spread half the mixture in a lightly greased
13”x 9” x
2” pan. Bake at 350ºF
for 6 minutes. Remove from oven.
Spread the chocolate chips
evenly over the cake and then pour the melted caramel mixture on top. Drop the remaining batter mixture by
teaspoons on top of the caramel.
Return to the oven and
continue to bake at 350ºF for an additional 20 to 25 minutes, until top
looks slightly dry. Top of Page

Whole Cranberry Sauce
Solid Pack Pumpkin
All Purpose Flour
Pumpkin Pie Spice
In large bowl, mix
together all ingredients from Section 1 until well mixed. Add all dry ingredients from Section 2
to wet mix and stir until all ingredients are well moistened. Pour batter into two greased
9”x5” loaf pans.
Bake at 350ºF for 65
minutes or until bread tests done with a wooden toothpick. Cool bread completely then drizzle glaze
over top and sides if desired.
Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 cup orange
juice, and 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice.
Mix until completely blended and smooth then drizzle onto bread. Top of Page

Soft Bread (crust
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Pepperoni, cut thin and halved
together beaten eggs and bread.
Add Parmesan cheese and mix together.
Sprinkle garlic powder over top of mix until a think layer forms.
Add sliced pepperoni and mix together.
Stuff turkey with mixture (leave some
room for the stuffing to rise)
Bake in a glass casserole dish for approximately 30 minutes at 350ºF Top of Page
