Want to be a Junior Ranger?

A bunch of National Parks offer visitors a chance to join the National Park Service family as Junior Rangers! When you participate in the Junior Ranger Program, you have the option of choosing any park on the list or one of the online programs. After completing a series of activities during your park visit and sharing your answers with a park ranger, kids of all ages will receive an official Junior Ranger Badge, Patch, or Certificate. If you can’t visit the park in person, try the online option. Students can download a workbook, complete it with the help of some online fact sheets, and mail it to the park. The Park will mail your certificate to you after checking your work. How easy is that? There are plenty of summer opportunities so check out this website for more information!
