Spring Holidays
Easter is just around the corner and
there are so many ways for you and your kids to
celebrate this holiday, it's hard to keep up! Stop by our
special Spring Holiday section and you're sure to find
ways to keep the little guys busy while you're preparing
for company. ClassBrain Funnies has a new Easter
cartoon and an Easter acronym activity. We
have coloring pages with baskets of chicks and bunnies,
Easter eggs, and even an Easter cross to print out for
instant creative fun. There are also several activity
pages to complete and an article that explores the
religious and non-religious aspects about Easter, as well

Freedom Files
What began as a set of resources covering the events of
September 11th, has now grown into a massive section
devoted to the United States military, the war in Iraq,
and a record of our nation's living history. Aside from
the various sources of information related to the current
state of the union, inside the Freedom Files you'll find
our newly added and constantly updated section on the
war with Iraq an excellent place for parents and
teachers to find relevant materials.

Read articles on how to talk to your kids about war,
access adult and kid friendly news sources for T.V. and
the web, and find lesson plans, teaching tools, and
military resources, all in one place.

Be sure to click on "Kid's Freedom Files" to explore
special resources just for them. Kids of all ages can
submit stories for our "Living History" section about the
terrorist attacks or the war in Iraq. Find out the best
avenues to take when sending notes or care packages to
troops overseas and get the latest news from a variety
of sources. Adults will want to preview emergency
plans and resources, and families of military members
will find helpful information as well.

The staff at ClassBrain respects and appreciates what it

Help your students to help themselves! To avoid the
information overload that occurs when most students
search online for State Report resources, refer them to
us! We have links to state books, famous people,
history & statistics, maps, official state sites, photos &
media, quick facts, state symbols, and tourism

printable worksheets with symbols and maps, puzzles,
clip-art, and study aids such as 'How to Format Your
Bibliography.'
