Welcome to the 2001 ClassBrain Holiday Booklist.  The ClassBrain staff has recommended the following books.

Cynthias Picks

My all time favorite Christmas book is Santa, My Life & Times.  This wonderful book is Santas autobiography (no other authors name appears on the book), and it has been beautifully designed and illustrated by Martin Green and Bill Sienkiewicz.  This is a dont miss addition to anyones Christmas collection.

Other books that have given my children and myself countless hours of pleasure are:

Jolly Old Santa Claus Sparkie, George Hinke

Jingle Bugs A pop-up book by David A. Carter

The Christmas Alphabet Beneath each lettered flap is an intricate three-dimensional paper cutout of a holiday-related object that starts with the same letter (A for angel, B for bell, C for candle).

Melissas Pick

Without a doubt, my favorite Christmas book would have to be The Polar Express.  This story follows a young boy on a magical journey to the North Pole where he receives a magical gift from Santa.  Sit down with a box of tissues, because this one will probably bring a tear or two to everyone who reads it!
