I would like to obtain information on three items: (A) a map, or some related mode of information, showing the various land elevations (feet above sea level) of the State; (B) info regarding the way some of the better planned communities across the State have made uncommon preparation for water runoff and potential flooding during hurricanes and tropical storms; and (C) flood zones/hurricane zones where property insurance rates are treated differently than normal.
David- I can help you with a lot of what you need, but not all of it.
Here’s a general Topographic map of Florida
To find out information on preparation by planned communities, you’ll have to contact the individual communities for information. This isn’t something that they publish.
Here is a list of some of the planned communities in Florida, you can contct them for the information you need:

I think that this will give you all the information that you need to make your decision.
Good luck with your relocation plans.
