If you are looking for information on how to format your annual meeting
minutes and agendas, a great place to start would be with a book titled,
"The Corporate Minutes Book: The Legal Guide to Taking Care of Corporate
Business" by Anthony Mancuso. This book should also be available through your
local bookstore.

Another good place to look would be on business portal section of the state
in which you live. Each state's website usually has a section through the
Secretary of State that deals with starting a business, so be sure to check
there as well.
