How to figure a cooking time for a larger item

If i need to cook a joint 35 min per 450g and the joint is 1.445kg, how long will it take?
1.445 kg is equal to 1445 grams
Divide 1445 by 450 = 3.21...
multiply your cooking time by 3.21 (35 x 3.21)
This equals 112.35 minutes
or 1 hour 53 minutes (rounded up)
