Consult the Country Travel Reports before your departure to find out about security and safety conditions, health questions and entry requirements for the country or countries you are going to. The Department publishes reports for over 225 destinations around the world.

U.S. State Department Advisories
Travel Warnings are issued when the State Department decides, based on all relevant information, to recommend that Americans avoid travel to a certain country. Countries where avoidance of travel is recommended will have Travel Warnings.
